gourd
Good evening. This is Ikeda.
As usual, my father's hobby is making gourd works.
Calling it a work of art might be an overstatement, so I guess it's just a craft.
I think it's quite amazing because we are doing it from the primary industry of growing gourds ourselves, harvesting them, rotting them, and processing them ourselves.
I've always had a hobby of crafting, and since I'm so skillful, I can't see the results of my work as an amateur, so I'm thinking about finding a way to sell it.
I would like to receive some pocket money for helping out.
However, when the inside of the gourd rots, the smell is too strong, so I would really like to have it done in the field.
Today, Gourd Son will introduce INNAT's LINER COAT, LINER VEST, and CINCH BAG.
I will introduce all the gourd quilt connections.
As mentioned above, each of the three items uses a gourd quilt.
Cupra is used in the gourd quilt.
Therefore, it is extremely soft and smooth to the touch.
Both the front and back sides are cupro, but the front side is plain cupro and the back side is striped cupro.
The finish is completely stress-free and makes you want to touch it all the time.
It's not thick, but it's a gourd quilt with batting, so it's warm.
Since it is not thick, there is no need to worry about it bulking up when worn as an inner layer.
So, let's start with LINER COAT.
LINER VEST and CINCH BAG are also similar, but each is a continuation model from COLLECTION 01.
The front has a deep overlap and is closed with a long ribbon, similar to British military medical gowns.
The design does not give a rigid impression at all, but instead gives a feeling of relaxation, lightness, and looseness.
I think the problem with second-hand clothes is the through-pocket problem.
However, this one has a slash pocket, so it's functional and you won't have to worry about carrying it for a long time.
The LINER COAT and LINER VEST can be adjusted using the buttons on the collar, so if you wear them as a set, you can easily get through the winter.
Next up is LINER VEST.
I mentioned that the fabric is the same, but the length and width are different from the LINER COAT, and while the LINER COAT is vertical, the VEST is horizontal.
The pockets, along with the through-hole pockets, are designed to resemble French military trench coat pockets, so they can be used as pockets for storing items.
Thank you for your consideration.
The zipper uses WALDES cotton tape, and you can feel the attention to detail even in the smallest details.
It has a vintage feel, and I think it will change over time as you wear it, so that's part of the fun of it.
Of course, adjusting the M-65 is good, but personally, I want to add an accent by layering it as an outer layer.
The armholes are wide, so I think you can layer it with most outerwear, so I think that's a good way to enjoy it.
And last is CINCH BAG.
This is a military pouch made of gourd quilt.
When it comes to military-style pouches, solid textures and colors come to the fore, and I feel like I often have to choose clothes that go well with them.
CINCH BAG has an atmosphere that can be said to be the complete opposite.
The gourd fabric made from cupra and botanical dyeing transforms it into a lovely, fluffy bag.
On the contrary, I feel frightened.
The size is just right, so it can be used in a wide range of situations, from short outings to shopping.
I'm wondering if I can somehow use it on my bicycle.
Each item is available in three colors: White, Yellow, and Sumikuro, but please note that Sumikuro will be arriving in the near future, so there are currently two colors: White and Yellow.
As soon as Sumikuro is in stock, we will notify you on Instagram.
Please check out the gourd quilt items that are comfortable, adorable, and relaxing.
