Good evening. This is Ikeda.
This is a sudden question, but why did they decide to call it "Y2K"?
I feel like it's not getting any easier to say...
It's been a few seasons since the word "Y2K" has been thrown around so much, and even in the fashion industry mini-lengths and exposed midriffs started to be considered trends.
Why do we need “trends” in the first place?
There's no point in thinking about the significance of ``trends,'' but there's something about ``trends'' that I just don't like.
Is it because I feel like it's a ``restriction'' created by luxury brands and the media?
It's fine if it's just a proposal from a brand, but I don't want it to feel artificial or business-like.
In fact, I think it's cooler to just be yourself and not think about trends.
Well, each person is free to follow the trend or not, so it's just subjective.
I only select items that I like without thinking about trends, so even though there are items from different brands that have a somewhat similar feel to them, I think each one has its own individuality.
Among them, I think Satou's sotogi half zip knit is an item that doesn't even take into account the letter "T" in "trend".
I would rather describe him as someone who doesn't use horizontal letters.
It looks like you're in trouble.
Of course it's a compliment , and I love Inatai's clothes.
A very high neck, a cheap zip, a color that looks like something an old man would wear, and a strong ribbing.
It's irresistible.
Personally, I think the zip brings out the niceness.
If I had used silver or something with a wide width, I think it would have been half-hearted.
However, it is strange that even though it has been shaken up to this point, it still feels classy.
The look is different from old half-zip knits.
I mentioned above that it's a color that looks like something an old man would wear, but it's actually a very exquisite color and a nice silhouette that's neither too loose nor too tight, making it well-balanced. I think it's classy.
Additionally, the fabric used is Super Extra Fine Lamb.
Although it is made from lambswool, it is made from yarn that is soft to the touch, and uses highly twisted yarn to suppress the scratchy feeling of wool.
Therefore, it is perfectly comfortable to wear.
I really chose this knit based on my own tastes, so I'm hoping that there are people out there who can relate to it.
However, I also have a desire to wear it myself. (I'm holding back)
As I was thinking about this and writing, L passed away.
M is still available, so if this resonates with you, please pick it up.
