The weather was very warm and pleasant yesterday.
Although it was warm, it did get cold at night, so I was wearing my usual clothes and it was a little hot on the bike ride.

Well, on today's six-month anniversary, I would like to introduce you to Yamauchi's strong twist free-cut punch items that will give you comfort in the summer, although it's still too early to wear them.
Since it's still winter, I thought I'd write about it once it gets a little warmer, but I felt like it might sell out or I'd lose the timing, so I'm sorry.

It has become a standard item in Yamauchi, so some of you may be familiar with it.
However, the specifications of T-shirts have changed from this season.
Although it is a small change, I personally feel that the specifications have been sublimated as a design.

I'll explain the different parts later, but first let's look at the common parts of T-shirts and shorts.
As before, the sleeves and hem of the T-shirt and the hem of the shorts are free-cut.
Since it is a so-called cut-off, you may wonder if it will fray.
However, it is woven to prevent it from fraying.
As I said, it is a knit fabric, and a special structure and back thread are used to prevent it from fraying.
That means it won't fray anyway.

The fabric used is a blend of cotton, poly, and nylon.
The fabric is smooth to the touch and the strong twist gives it a cooling sensation to the touch, making it a classic item that you will definitely feel comfortable wearing.
When I say it's perfect for summer, I think that's exactly what I'm talking about.

What's different about the T-shirt is the collar and seams.
Originally, the collar was also free-cut, but this season we have added a collar cloth to it.
For me, it felt more like a T-shirt when it was added on, so it was a nice change.

Seams have changed from fabric tailoring to knit tailoring.
It's not a partial change, but all seams are 3-needle facing, and the middle stitch is colored.
It may be a small change, but I think the impression will change drastically by adding a subtle design that cannot be achieved with stitches of the same color.
It looks like Yamauchi will be able to casually show off her beautiful sewing techniques.

In addition to the comfortable fabric feel, the shorts have easy specifications and are full of comfort.
I would like to warn you that if you wear these in the summer, you may not be able to go back to other pants.
However, even shorts, which tend to be casual, have Yamauchi's quality tailoring, giving them a mature look without being too casual.

T-shirt colors are sumi and black, and shorts are only available in sumi.
Black is dyed using reactive dyeing, and sumi is dyed using Kishu Binchotan.
