Now that my niece and nephew have returned home, I have returned to my daily routine.
A complete change from that lively life, it's just a normal daily life.
Once again, there is nothing that can compete with the overflowing energy of little children.
I am looking forward to returning home around the end of the year.

The bicycle I had sent for repair was returned.
It's a vintage bike, and the person who was riding it before had probably changed the parts, so the parts are coming apart.
Therefore, we had other parts replaced besides the tires.
Things are now much better, but the repair bill is quite high.
Enough to buy a regular bicycle.
The amount was so great that I could probably buy two.
I'd like to say it's too expensive, but I'm just grateful that it was fixed and I'm doing well.
We need to refrain from unnecessary purchases.

As always, we're starting with just everyday things, but today we'd like to introduce a custom-made item by YASHIKI that was created to commemorate our 1st anniversary.
This is the first item that I just feel is good.

First of all, it is based on the Yonaga Knit Polo , which is also released today.
The overall image is ``Yonaga'' which means that the night feels very long.
Based on this image, "an autumn night resounding with the sound of insects" has been incorporated into the design.

Some people may be able to tell just by looking at it, but we use Supima extra-long cotton, which is made from gas-fired fluff, similar to the Satoyuki items that were released in 22AW and 23SS.
This results in a glossy and elegant fabric that has the best feel among YASHIKI's fabrics.
That's my personal opinion, so there's nothing wrong with that.

The glossy cotton jersey knit with all the patterns on the base represents a quiet autumn night.
Rather than making a statement with the knitted pattern, it's more about the elegant texture of the fabric.
Although it is classy, ​​there may be some suspicion that it is thin for an AW item, but although it is not that thick, it has a sturdy texture, so I don't think it will be a problem even in cold weather.

We created a bespoke item based on such a knit polo.
Before I went to the exhibition, I was vaguely thinking that I wanted to make something custom-made, and I thought it would be a Satoyuki cardigan, but the moment I saw a knit polo at the exhibition, it was decided.
I just love YASHIKI's knit polo.
It doesn't mean anything if you don't make something you like.

However, I thought it wouldn't be interesting to just custom-order the color, so I came up with a scene that combines the 23AW theme of ``School Road'' and ``Long Nights''.
As a result, the first thing that came to mind was this cobalt blue.
The reason for this is that I was reminded of the deep blue of the sky when evening turns to night, such as when children are walking home from school at an elementary school, or when children are walking home from school after school at a junior high school.

In addition to that, I personally like YVES KLEIN.
Therefore, the color is KLEIN BLUE.
Just pack whatever you like.
If it's sunny in the daytime instead of at night, it looks like there's going to be a rush, but I don't worry about it.

As mentioned above, the fabric is glossy and very elegant, so I think the finish makes the deep cobalt blue stand out even more.
It may look flashy if you just look at the image, but since it's a simple jersey knit fabric, I don't think it makes a statement too much.
Of course, I am aware that tastes may differ.

When you hear the word knit polo, you tend to get the impression that it's too dull, but the knit polo made by YASHIKI has a very good balance of texture, color, and silhouette, so I think you'll actually get a sense of elegance.
I'm so obsessed with YASHIKI's knit polo that I own several of them, so I'm hopeful that there are people out there who can relate.

I'm fully aware that it's a special order filled with things I like.
Still, I think it's just a very good finish.
I lower the temperature of the air conditioner and wear it every day during business hours.
I'm just feeling good.

It makes me realize once again that you can't enjoy yourself unless you do what you love.
It might not be enough just to buy YASHIKI's bespoke Yonaga Knit Polo, which is filled with things I like.
